in 2005, we purchased the former ballpoint pen factory “ero” in ober-ramstadt.

we projected the residential project “living in the pen factory”, ready for moving into, with a total of 1100 square meters of living space. our extensive planning and complete redevelopment resulted in six individual lofts. one of them we would like to present here.

we have developed a complete concept for a buyer, made-to-measure to his residential and living needs, from a spa with sauna landscape, to the development of media furniture, lighting design and advice for purchasing art.
