the townhouse captivates with the special layout of the floors – an accentuation of the areas is achieved via materials. textured concrete on walls and ceilings is applied as well as old used wood and facade panels in the individual furniture design.

materials are used according to their character. the sauna is directly integrated into the facade via a box window and thus has also a straight connection to the outside.
